Home - Shipping Policies
At our marketplace, each vendor is responsible for handling and shipping the products they sell. We work closely with trusted vendors to ensure that every order is delivered safely, securely, and on time.
All items listed on our platform are shipped directly by the individual vendor. Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery times may vary depending on the vendor and your location. Each product page provides estimated shipping timelines specific to that item.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the vendor's rates, product weight, and delivery destination. Some vendors may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Sellers are required to provide a valid shipment tracking number for every completed order, enabling customers to monitor delivery status and ensuring transparency throughout the shipping process.
Once the vendor ships your order, you will receive a tracking number via email or through your account dashboard on our platform. Tracking availability depends on the vendor's shipping method and carrier.
Some vendors offer international shipping. Delivery times, customs fees, and import duties vary depending on your country and the vendor's policies. Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs fees.
While vendors strive to deliver products on time, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances. You can contact the vendor directly through our platform if you have questions regarding your order status.
In the event that a shipment is reported as lost, significantly delayed, or delivered in a damaged condition, GemsMart will initiate a formal review process. All claims related to lost or damaged shipments will be handled through a neutral Dispute Committee, which will evaluate the matter based on provided evidence, shipping records, and platform policies.
Any refund or compensation decisions will be made with the mutual consent of both parties—the buyer and the vendor—following the committee's findings. This ensures a fair, transparent, and balanced resolution without placing undue responsibility on either party.
